We want you to love your unique find, but if it is not quite right, we offer a 28-day return window for all non-personalized items. Please note that bespoke or custom-engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact and verify that it is not a personalized or perishable product.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label or address the parcel to our central warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
