How long does personalization take?
Most personalized items are processed within 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, please allow up to 7 business days for our artisans to craft your custom order.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 days after dispatch, while international shipping can take 5-12 days depending on the destination.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Non-personalized items can be returned within 28 days.
Do you offer corporate gifting services?

Will my order include a price receipt?
As many of our orders are sent as gifts, we never include a physical invoice with prices in the package. You will receive your digital receipt via email only.
